Linkin Park Names Emily Armstrong as New Singer, Unveils ‘From Zero

Linkin Park‘s latest co-vocalist will be Emily Armstrong of the crew Dead Sara, the band informed Thursday during a live concert event. Colin Brittain, a musician and producer for Illenium, G Flip. And One OK Rock will again join the company as a drummer.

The information came with a recent single, “The Emptiness Machine,” the crew’s first new music out in seven years, and the lead channel for an impending album anointed “From Zero.” The group will reach on Nov. 15 (via Warner Records) as the company’s first full-length action since 2017’s “One More Light.” Which reached out two months before the demise of lead singer Chester Bennington.

The company — which is comprised of Brad Delson, Mike Shinoda, Phoenix, and Joe Hahn along with its two latest partners. Will also launch on a six-date arena tour, beating Los Angeles, Hamburg, Seoul, New York, London, and Bogota. 

Linkin Park served together for the first tour in Los Angeles on Thursday. For tagged fans who were fascinated by buses to a studio future. The occasion was livestreamed and will be open to consider on Linkin Park’s authorized online media for the next 24 hours.

According to Press Freedom, Delson, Shinoda, Farrell, and Hahn “peacefully began assembling up again in contemporary years” and “rather than ‘attempting to continue the band,’” they performed with countless players.”

About the contemporary era, Shinoda stated in a message, “Before Linkin Park, our foremost band name was Xero. This album label guides to both this humble start and the trip we’re now undertaking. Sonically and emotionally, it is almost past, current, and fortune — assuming our autograph sound, but new and maximum of life. It was created with a deep gratitude for our unique and longtime bandmates, our companions, our family, and our enthusiasts. We are happy with what Linkin Park has evolved over the years and thrilled about the voyage ahead.”

“The Emptiness Machine” is spoken to “through the DNA of Linkin Park.” Shinoda expressed the band handles “really entrusted with this new lineup and the deep and energized new piece we’ve made jointly,” adding that they are “knitting together the sonic touchpoints and even viewing the new ones.”

Pre-sale keys for the “From Zero” time will be open for the LP Underground fan company beginning Sept. 6. The general deal will start the subsequent day on Sept. 7.

This information follows Linkin Park’s departure from its “Papercuts (Singles Collection 2000-2023)”  before this spring. The 20-song LP contained the bestselling band’s most prominent impacts across a two-decade-plus run. It was removed via Warner Records, and characterized songs containing “Burn It Down,” “In the End,” and a Jay-Z mash-up, “Numb/Encore,” as nicely as “Lost,” which allowed propel its parent LP, “Meteora,” to produce to the head 10 of the Billboard 200 graph.
